ILR Query

Hi,

I am on a 5year Workpermit but one absence of above 90days and one absence of around 80days. Also, I have been absent from UK during annual vacation as per company policy. Totally, my absences are coming to 300days.

My questions are as follows.
1. As I have been absent due to business reasons for more than 90days, I have requested letter from company HR. Is it required to get a HR letter for the 80days absence also?

2. Do I need to provide company letter for my Annual leaves absences?

3. Do I need to provide company letter for one year visibility for me at work in UK?

4. Is it mandatory for my spouse(applying ILR with me) to be with me for 2year continous stay in Uk? She would complete 2years in Jan/Feb, 2013.
