Anyone any expereince with VISA rectification?

Hi

There was an error in my Tier 2 VISA and I applied for rectification. The folks at UKBA told me that it could take a mere of one or two working days. However, the UK-VAC,Kolkata has told me that it would take 7-10 working days. Anyone here with any similar experience: How much time did it take you?
