Applied 6 months ago for Citizenship, apparently still pending enquiries and no timescale given ????
Please if anyone has any comments/suggestions/similar experience please advise asap............Many Thanks

Happens occasionally. Not often, but occasionally. The standard is that 95% of applications are decided within six months, and you are sadly one of the 5%. You can contact them by phone, e-mail and post. I personally recommend phone in the first instance, followed by a letter - e-mail won't to squat (I sometimes suspect they set their spam-filter to *). It is not necessarily a bad sign, there have been reports of positive outcomes here from people who have waited much longer than that.

By reading some of posts here you can also try to get your local MPs involved, send them a letter rather than calling them.
