Lost link to official form to bring to the appt?!? Pls help!

Post by gubbo » Tue Oct 30, 2012 9:16 pm

Hi there,

I luckily managed to randomly get an appointment this afternoon (just checked and there was one there!) Must have been a lucky cancellation.

Anyway, in my haste, I went past this point:

"Print and sign the official form and bring it to your appointment. To do this, click Next below."

and now I only have a continue button below instead of Next button, and i odn't know what this "Official Form" is.

I am applying for a Tier 1 (general) visa extension.

Does anyone have a pdf of this file or the link to this "official form?"

Thanks!

Its normal. Just print two email that you have got from ukba is oK for proof of your appointment. Or you can print from your account confirmation page.

Hi there, thanks for the reply.

Just confirming that when you say it is normal, that there is no actual official form to sign for the appointment?

Therefore the only documents required I believe are:

Printout of 2 emails/web page for the appointment
Our application form filled and signed
2 Photos in sealed envelope
Supporting evidence for points based requirements

Anything else that I'm missing?

I am on same situation like you and I will take two printed email copy as proof of appointment. Everyone did the same.

As your appointment in person I would suggest you take employer letter with you (a standard letter). Though it is not a requirement just in case.
