Refused Tier 2 general Visa application (Urgent)

Hi,

I have applied Tier 2 (General) visa in India on 5th OCT 2012 with out medical certificate. So, visa got refused.

can i reapply using same COS? or do i need to get new COS from Sponsor?

Thanks in advance for any help.
