Withdrawal of appeal for fresh application

Hi,

Please could anyone guide me on whether I have to withdraw an ongoing appeal before I could submit a fresh new PBS (Tier1 general) Dependent application for my daughter outside UK?

Alternatively do I have to provide any details about the previous rejection/appeal along with new application?

APL1.20 Applicant makes fresh application while an appeal is outstanding
