Need help with book appointment online, please.

Hi all,

I'm about to apply ILR.

I try to book an appointment online but the following message shows up:

"you should not book appointment unless you have already submitted an application and you have been informed that your service required an appointment"

1. Am I missing some process?
2. Which application i have to submit before booking?


I'm a bit confuse.
