Waiting for the Resident Permit

Hello again,

On September the 8th (only 2 months passed), I sent the application by Secure Mail, but until now I didn't receive nothing.
Do you know, more or less, how long does it take and if there is a telephone number or an email contact to ask at least if they received everything?
