Tier 1 Extension - when is the latest they can send refusal?

Post by twister » Thu Nov 01, 2012 2:41 pm

Hello.

So I have sent an application by post for an extension. Just wondering when is the latest one can expect a refusal? A month from the HO receiving the application? 2 months?

Thanks.

Whenever they wish to send one - can be infinity too, but within 6 months is a timeframe you can manage your expectations on.
