Post by Eureka.Power » Fri Nov 02, 2012 12:12 pm

Hi All,

Allhumdulliah... I got my ILR approved yesterday in Croydon...
This forum helped so much to prepare my file...

HSMP + TIER 1 General.... case worker was quick and fast asked me for 12 months Bank statment payslips, LIUK, he asked for P-60 but I gave him my HMRC letter and Employer letter...Croydon is notorious of having issues with Biometrics.. so had significant problem... But Staff was fantastic......very polite and help full.....

I welcome any question to help other readers...

Many thanks

Well 2 years on HSMP and 3 years on Tier 1. There was no particular reason he just asked me to give him the P-60 because I had my HMRC letter i just gave it to him staright away and he was fine with it.

I have 3 employers in those 5 years. I am with my current employer for last year and a half. Its good to hae all the docs in your file.

I had four files.

1 essential docs.
2 copy of all the essential docs
3 HMRC letter, letter from my old employer my elec bills council bills and stuff
4 very old payslips covering the period of last 3 years nearly....

Thanks
