$300k Biz with Employees = VISA and Citizenship?

Post by jago25_98 » Fri Nov 02, 2012 6:29 pm

I have a friend selling a security business. Employees are included. How many are required to help with a VISA?

I think it's not the time to sell since I would expect security is forecast to booming now and in the future,
but they say they have no choice.

It strikes me that this could be a useful option for a business person looking to move to the UK. Where can I get more info on this VISA catagory, file it under Entrepreneur?

Wow, only 2 jobs created but £200,000. Seems it would be well over the requirements
