Hi

I applied for FLR(S)(in time application) on march 2009 , gave my biometric in march

the educational institution closed down(went in to administration ) on sep 2009 ,I informed the HO promptly
then they send me a letter NOTICE OF IMMIGRATION DECISION march 2010 of refused LTR-ROA

with a right of appeal (in country),

I opt for it and was allowed a substantive hearing on 4 aug 2010,
in the hearing ,judge told me that promulgation will be sent by post later on in 2 weeks time

on 8th aug I left UK because of family emergency , at the airport , I told them the situation which they confirm with HO,and asked me to fill in a form which contains abovementioned facts

and let me leave. later on my mate email me the promulgation which was made on 6th aug and I lost the appeal

now I would like to apply for UK VISA

but this section 6

and

what should i put for 6.6 and 6.7

please help me with this
