Eufam 4 (Permanent Residence Query)

Hi everyone,
I just want to ask if there is anybody that has a clue or that has got permanent residence in Ireland base on 5years marriage to an Eu wife.

1. A friend got married October 20th 2007 in Ireland.

2. Got her residence card Eufam Sept 2009 which will expires Sept 16th 2013.

3. Happily married with 2 kids.

4. Can someone clarify exactly when she can apply for permanent residence and naturalisation?

she can apply before her eufam4 stamp expires (recommended 6 month before)
and she can apply for naturalisation after completed 5 years stamps on her passport.
