Applying for dependents while waiting for 10 year deceision

Dear friends,

I came in this country 2002 September as a student, 2008 I switched to psw, in 2010 I switched to tier 1 general. In September 2012 September my 10 years was fulfilled. I have applied for 10 years long residency on 26th October got acknowledgement on 3rd November. My wife joined me april 2010 as pbs dependent. My wife's visa valid until 30th December'2012. Which application form / catagory shall I use for my wife? Any one have any idea? Thanks.

sushdmehta thank you very much for your reply. I now understand it has to be FLR (m). I was checking the application form i don't know which catagory to tick as i don't have my ILR status yet. Another question does my wife need ESOL a1 speaking and listening? She already got her Life in the U.K. Test. Thanks in advance.
