ILR SET(M) application

Can someone please let me know how many months bank statements I need to send with my wife ILR application in Jan 2013. Does it have to be minimum last three 3 months statements.

Are there any other documenstthat need to be atathced with the ILR application as well showing proof of both me and my wife living together.

3 months minimum bank statements from all accounts held by you and your wife. 6 months of pay slips. Have you read the guidance notes in form SET(M)? You are required to submit at least 6 proofs of joint address spread as evenly as possible over the full 2 years, from 3 different categories.
Has your wife passed the Life in the UK test, or completed an approved ESOL citizens course?

Yes, my wife has passed the ILR Life in UK test. We have the bank statements as well, covering last three months.

However, I am not sure whatyou do mean by six seperate proof of residency.

We can provide the following bills,

1. Gas and Electricity
2. Water
3. Council Tax
4. Bank statements
5. And may be our SKY bills as well.
6. Tenancy agreement (Joint)
7. Travel Tickets for visit abroad on vacations.

Will the above documents spanning the two years together be sufficent proof for the ILR, or do we need to attach additional documents as evidences.

Please Clarify.

As long as they your names, address and post code, yes. It's always a good idea to include additional documents if you have them especially if you're applying in person. The case worker will select which ones they want.

If you're happy to wait up to six months for the application to be processed and wan't to save money, apply by post. An application in person at a PEO by pre-booked appointment is generally decided on the same day...for a premium fee.

You mean that UKBA will issue an ILR on the same day, if we apply through the premium service.

Yes, as long as all your paperwork is in order.
