English language requirements

Post by v3 » Sun Nov 04, 2012 1:00 am

Hi

I am applying for flr m for my wife who is currently on her own tier 1 visa.

Her bachelors degree was done in India and was accepted by tier 1 appl for visa. Would that be enough or do I still need to write the English test..

Her bachelor was recognised bynaric as bachelors equivalent in uk
cheers

Yes, if the PBS calculator still awards points for the qualification in the English language requirements section. .

Thanks sushdmehta.

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... icants.pdf. This says that along with degree certificate I need to produce letter from naric...they have have mentioned with " and "

So looks like I need to produce both certificate n naric letter although her degree comes up in ukba point calculator. Any thoughts?
cheers
