what i will get?

hi i am non EU guy on student visa tier 4, i am allowed to work 10 hours a week, i am going to marry my romanian girlfriend, we just moved London 4 months ago, means she dont have any status in uk, i want to ask after marriage what i will get? EU family family permit or what?
