Me and my family sent of visa renewal letters on the 31st of july but did not receive any reply as to whether the UKBA had received them or not because of this I lost my job.
We asked our MP to get in touch with them to which they told us that our forms had been sent to the wrong office even though we sent them to the address given on the HPDL form. We recently received our applications because they are apparently invalid as the rules changed on the 9th of july and we are meant to apply with an FLR (o) form.
There was no indication of any change on the website before we sent our application and this just does not seem right.
Now we are to send our applications again but they will be deemed as late as our visas expired on the 28th of august.
We need speedy visa renewal as my grandfather is very ill and my mother is distraught at not being able to see him if these are his final days.
Is there any help we can get to speed up our renewal?
