Hi all,

uk employer applied for a work permit for me on 13/11/2006 how long it will take to have it?

i heard it should be a week but it's 3 weeks now does this mean it will be refused :cry: ?

Hello,

It normally takes 5-10 working days.

Unless they are very busy or your case requires more time to consider.

Ask you employer to chase the application ?
