queries about form SET(O)

Post by usmanmsa1 » Sun Nov 04, 2012 10:01 pm

Hi,

I am currently a Tier 1 (General) Migrant and i am applying for indefinite leave to remain in SET(O) form. I have a few questions:

1. In question A6, do i need to enter the total earnings?
A6 states "You should input your earnings into the Tier1 (General) points based calculator and provide your total earning claimed in the box below."

2. In question 11L what eviden do i need to provide, Question 11L states "For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier1 (General) Migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.

ThanksS,
Usman

So, which leave did you have before you applied for Tier 1 (General)?

Every HSMP visa issued on the basis of HSMP approval application submitted after 07-Nov-06 is regarded as ..... a Tier 1 (General) visa.

Ok i was in Science and Graduate scheme visa before. What documents do i need to provide here:

"For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier1 (General) Migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules."

Also for the five year qualifying period for indefinite leave to remain, what documents i need to provide for showing financial activity for the 5 year period?
