ILR Application by Post - Working Problems?

Hi,

If I sent my ILR application by post, (as very difficult to get online premium booking), then I will not have passport with me. Probably, I may get it back after 6 months? During this period, will there be any problem with the Employer? Will they again ask for copies of my password. If I show them the postal receipt as proof that I have sent my application to UKBA, would that be sufficient?

Any advise would be much appreciated.

1. Make them read Section 3C, particular sub-section 6.
2. Make them read What is my immigration status while my application is being decided? (at the bottom of the webpage).
3. Ask them to check your legal right to work in the UK by using Employer Checking Service.
