Info on Tier 1 dependent application appointment from india

Hi,

I am trying to fill the online application for my wife to apply for tier 1 dependent from India. I was wondering if someone who has gone through the process can help me with the below information :-

1> When i started the application process by selecting Delhi VFs centre, i am shown the appointments avaialble in the 3 vfs centres in north zone i.e. delhi, chandigarh and jalandhar . If i have to try for an appointment in any other VFS centre do i have to fill a new application form after selecting appropriate zone ?

2> Currently, I can view appointments available in the month of november only. Can any one share if the online appointments are released on a monthly basis ? when should i try if i am trying for an appointment for dec ? also how easy/difficult it is to get an appointment?

3> I dont see the option to print the application even after submitting the application. I have not yet selected the appointment. At what point should i expect the print option to be available during the application?

4> Is there an option to pay online for applications from india ?

Having gone through the process i would like to add the information related to my above queries to help others in similar situation :-

Appointments are shown only in the particular region while applying. For ex :- you can choose north, west, east or south and the appointments for that particular zone are shown after submitting online form.

Appointments are shown one month in advance i.e. for next 30 days.

3> I dont see the option to print the application even after submitting the application. I have not yet selected the appointment. At what point should i expect the print option to be available during the application?

Printing the application form is possible only after confirming the appointment post submission of the form.

4> Is there an option to pay online for applications from india ?

No online payment possible yet for application to be made through VFS India. Either carry a DD or pay in cash. My personal opinion is one should carry cash for faster submission at the VFS centre.
