Please i am a bit confused with my application.My husband has applied for long residence pending application and i need to apply for further leave to remain before my current leave to remain expires.The confusion is that i am not sure whether the new income threshold is applicable to me since i have applied as dependant on him before the new law was introduced.

What was your husband's immigration category before he applied for settlement under long residence?

he was on student visa for 8 years and 2 years post study work
