ILR Eligibility

Hello Members,

I entered UK on 16th Jan 2008 on WP , VISA Stamp valid from date is 4th Jan 2008. Current Tier2 ICT expiring on 9th Jan 2013. Wantto know whether I am eligible for ILR or not as my current VISA is not till 16th jan 2013.

I know I can apply before 28 days.However not sure that if UKBA going to consider 16th jan 2008 or 4th jan 2008 to calculate 5yrs qualified period.

Any suggestion or help would be really appreciated.

You may apply between 19-Dec-12 and 09-Jan-13.
