German WP again

German WP again

Anyone know if a subsequent one can be applied for in Country, ie Germany.

GF is already there on WP expires Feb 2007, next placement starts March 2007 till Sept 2007.

We don't want the extreme delays we got with the last one applied from UK, can we hope it's easier and possible in-country?
