FLR (M) help please

Post by Impatient » Mon Nov 05, 2012 11:14 pm

My husband came on fiancé visa and we are now getting ready to apply for FLR following our recent marriage.

Section 6 -

Have explained when and how long we have lived together.

6.8 - add all addresses you have lived at in the 2 year preceding this application as an unmarried or same sex partner and have lives at your current address with your sponsor for less than 2 years.

Do I leave this as we are not same sex/un married partners??

6.9 - have you lived together permanently in the UK with your sponsor since your last grant of limited leave to remain as your partner?

This is first entry to uk what do I put here please?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thankyou :)[/img]

We have just filled out the application for a peo appointment next week and have left that part blank re addresses as we are changing from fiance to spouse nothing to do witj unmarried or same sex! And if you have been living together since ur then Fiancé arrived in the Uk then Tick yes and go to 6.16!

On Friday my work have gone into administration so although I currently am working I'm not sure how much longer I will be. As its very public about what's happening I'm really worried about this affecting our application.

Will this be reason for refusal? If i get a job offer incase this happens will this help? Or is it wise to delay application. Visa expires feb

Any help would be very much appreciated

Thanks

You (will) remain "employed" until your last working day. And till that date you employment contract remains valid. As long as you are employed on the date of application, you will be fine.

If you are worried about it and suspect that you many not remain employed by the day of the appointment, consider applying by post without delay.
