ILR due- Both SAR & Scotland disclosure are clear

Post by DayDream » Mon Nov 05, 2012 11:40 pm

Hi Guys

Im due for my ILR in Dec 2012. HSMP(2 yrs) + Tier 1G(3 yrs)

I first received notification in Apr 2009 that I was caught speeding and I will be contacted by the court soon. Later received plea forms, I pleaded guilty by post and they sent me a summon to attend court as the speed was above fixed penalty or cannot be dealt through post. I was given 5 points and £300 fine that I paid on the same day at court.

I know this may very well fall under the unspent conviction category, but as others did on this forum, I did a basic Scotland disclosure check and also subject access request through ACRO.

Both of them came clear and nothing is mentioned about the conviction. Im confused as how to interpret these outcomes and also not sure whether UKBA will consider my application?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks
