Hi All,
I am applying to switch into Tier2 General from PS T1. I have filled the new form (Oct2012) that should be used for all new applicants.
I have enclosed my passport, police registration certificate, address history , my degree which was obtained in the uk to provemy english ability.
My questions are
1. do i need to include my payslips or is it enough to provide that information on my application form and also the employer will confirm that when filling the cos.
2.do i need to provide a copy of any employment papers?
3. My employer has agreed to accept the maintenance fund, this would mean i do not have to provide any bank statements , do i ?
4. at the moment i am doing 40 hours a week and earn above what is required for my job in the code of practice. does the salary value in code of practice correspond to certain number of hours a week ? if so is 40 acceptable or should it be 37.5? ( sorry if this is a silly question)
5. any other documents missing ?
