AM I eligible for ILR. I came to UK in Sept 2010 on tier 2 visa. Still continuing for the same company and my Visa is valid upto Aug 2015

Is your question referring to the present or the future? You are not eligible now; you may be eligible in the future if you meet all of the requirements for ILR.
