Please Advice Needed ASAP!!!

Post by hml18 » Tue Nov 06, 2012 4:02 pm

I'm Portuguese by origin and looking to submit an EEA2 application for my wife on Friday the 9th. I work 25hrs weekly at a launderette.

I'm paid in cash and upon payment every Friday, I deposit my wages into my account. I've got payslips stipulating I get paid weekly in cash.

Would the fact that I get paid in cash and not directly into my account count against my application since it won't reflect in my transaction history as BACS payment?

Secondly, my passport is still valid for 3 years but my wife's passport expires in a week's time, can I still go ahead and submit the application?

Cheers

Very very surprising that an employer pay wages in cash and give payslips :o :o
