Bringing wife and baby to UK

Hi all,

My brother in law had asked me to help him look into his immigration issues but I do not have the first clue and hoping you can help.

He is Albanian with British citizenship currently living in England. He has a wife and baby in Albania and his wife is currently pregnant again.

He would like to bring his wife and child to England.

What are his chances and where do I start, I.e which forms does he need to complete.

Any help and advice is very much appreciated.

This is for the spouse; the children may be British, and so do not need to make visa applications. This would depend on the type of British citizenship he has. Was he born British in the UK, or outside the UK? Did he acquire BC later in life and, if so, was this before the birth of his children?

He was born in Albania and received BC almost 2 years ago - before the baby was born.
