DO I need to submit my previous work experience certificates

Hi,

I stuided and worked in UK when I was in PSW (Post study work) visa. Now i am back to India and my company is sponsoring me Tier 2 General Visa. I have all 70 points as per UKBA website.

But my company has requested my releiving lettters from all previous companies. But I havent got them from UK.

DO I need to submited my previous work experience certificates to VFS for my visa processing??

Please do let me know if I can go ahead without those certificates?

Thanks for you reply.

I have explained to my company that I would not be able to submit my previous work experience certificates (for companies I worked in UK). But, I was told that my comapny has to explain to embassy what I have been doing for the period of my stay in UK, so they need to submitt my work experience certificates. otherwise, I was told that my application would be refused.

I am in a no go situation, could any one suggest me the way forward?

Hi,

It sounds as though the company who is thinking of sponsoring you wants some work references before offering you a job.

You will need a restricted CoS and once it has been assigned the sponsor is not involved in your visa application.

I have already been offered job with the company and I have also been assigned a COS couple of weeks ago, Later I have been give a list of documents i need submitt along with my application. Which includes the work experience certificates from previous employeers.

I have already submitted my last work experience certificate to the company during my joining.

Since I am back in India now, I am unable to contact my previous employeers to get the requested letters.

Can I submitt my visa application without the previous work experience certificates (I can submitt the letter from my last employer).

You need to complete and submit form Vaf 9 + Appendix 5

who gave you that list? The lists of documents you need to submit are given in Appendix A to form VAF 9 and in Appendix 5

I have already filled my VF9 n Appendix 5 and got the documents ready as stated in VF9 N appx 5.

Apart form the documents stated in the Vf9 n Appx 5, do I have to submit anything else??
