I don't know what to answer the following questions

6.16: Are you and your sponsor related outside of your relationship? ( yes we are first cousins so i need to write this? )

6 . 2 3 What type of ceremony was your wedding/civil partnership?
what to write here? we went to Buckingham county and got ourselves register as married I don't know what ceremony is it called

Yes write you are related - and what relation are, some relationships are frowned upon and are not accepted, see guidance doc for more info

I was about to post my application form by tomorrow but my husband's passport is missing and I am really worried about it, Can you please suggest me what shall I do now.. thanks

Does he have his birth certificate?

Yes he has birth certificate but he has not got British passport yet. He has indefinite leave to remain in UK on Pakistani passport.

If he has not yet acquired British citizenship and therefore does not have a naturalisation certificate, the Pakistani passport with ILR is good enough to apply for FLR(M).

thanks for the reply, i know that already, what i am trying ask is that he lost his pakistani passport. will i be able apply without his passport?

Biometric letter: Pending

I am shifting to a new house with my husband, how should I update UKBA about it and what documents shall I send them.
