Hi,

I have Tier 1 General Visa which will expire on 1-Jan-2013.
So i am panning to apply in same day visa.
But i have one query about my dependent.
My daughter is born in UK i have her valid visa and which is expire on 10-Oct-2013.
So can i apply her visa with my visa extension?

I read on UK BA website we can apply only 28 days ago if we apply before that then they take money and refuse visa.

Is it true?

Can any one help me?

I really appreciate your help.
