hi all,
I made FLR (O) application in April 2012.My application is still under consideration. Now my spouse needs his travel document and immigration status document for ID purpose. So, I'd like to ask to return his documents. But i don't want to withdraw my application.I'm wondering does it automatically withdraw my application if i asked to return of his documents?I've already read it on uk border agency website but i didn't get right answer.plz help me!!
many thanks

The sponsor is not required to submit original ID documents with the application for their dependents. You should have submitted certified copies of your passport and other ID documents.

In terms of getting the documents back, I think you should contact UKBA regarding this.
