Impact of not attending to Premium Service

Hi

My wife was trying to book an appointment for SET(M) application and have confirmed the appointment for 12-11-2012 (Monday) rather than for 22-11-2012.

As we are not yet ready with the documents to attend the interview on 12-11-2012 she tried to call UKBA to cancel the appointment but not able to get hold of anyone.

We will still keep trying to cancel the appointment. Could someone please let me know if she does not attend the appointment will that impact her in any way.

Simple , just logon to your UKBA account and cancel it..Simples!
