tier 1 dependent - passport full name issue

Post by tier1seekr » Thu Nov 08, 2012 1:14 pm

hi there!

a query for t1 g dependent..

dependent's passport doesnt contain my first name (as her middle name) in her given names...lastname is displayed correct...i.e. it's displayed as <firstname lastname> whereas it shud have been <firstname middlename lastname>..marriage certificiate has full name <first middle last>...

is not having my first name in her full name a hurdle? can v go ahead in filing her dependent visa? thanks!

thnx mate..that relaxes me to an extent..

but not having middle name cud falsify her identity of being a spouse and cud fail in proving our marital relation...hv u witnessed any such case and answered my question...or is it just by logic that u r asking me to keep it simple?

bcoz i think it cud also depend on the case officer's bent of delving into the case...

note - this wud be her first dependent application from India..

It all in your mind mate, if in worst case scenario Cw get a doubt he will obviously look at the pictures of your spouse. There ends the discussion.

when I first posted for my spouse even I had several doubts even after posting the docs. Just chill out.

Keep it simple is mantra. Dont confuse the case worker.
