UK Born bay register as Indian Citizen for BC

Hi,

If a child UK born child registered as Indian citizen but dont have Indian passport. What do parents needs to do to register child as British Citizen?

Parents One ILR and other BC.

Also after getting BC for child how to get OCI for the same child? What about surrender Indian documents? (remember baby only registed as Indian Citizen didnt had Indian passport)
