PEO application - Payment method

I am planning to apply in person for my Tier-1 visa extension. The application form states the following regarding the payment option:

Credit card - Mastercard, Visa (including Electron) or American Express (Amex)
Debit card - Delta, Maestro (including Solo)


Can someone confirm if we can use Visa Debit card for payment?
