Visitor Visa Help!!

Hi..
I want to apply for UK Visitor Visa to spend time with my husband. (we recently got married). We both are Indian. I stay in Canada and he stays in UK. :(

The thing is that his visa is expiring on 21st December. He is going to renew it but it has time. So I am going to show his friends papers and letter of invitation!

When in the online application I say I am married and my husband stays in UK, will that be a problem for the visa people?? :?:
I don't want to say that I am single because it might affect my case if we apply for UK dependent visa in future.

If someone could answer this asap that would be really helpful....Thank you!

It will not be a problem if you can clearly demonstrate that you have no intention to remain in the UK. Your ties to your current location, and motivation to return there, will be very important.
