TIer 1 General PEO Applintment Issue & Dependent Visa Is

Post by urvish_1405834 » Fri Nov 09, 2012 10:00 am

Hello Friends,

I am trying to get appointment from last 15 days but no luck.
Can any one have any special tips to get it?

I need help for my daughter visa extension.

My daughter is born here.
I have her visa until 10-Oct-2013.
My visa & my wife visa expire on 1-Jan-2013.
So Do i need to apply my daughter visa at same time.
If i apply same time then does it create any issue because she have all ready 10 months visa.
If i not apply right now then is it create any problem if we go to india in Feb and return to March 2013.

Please guide me what is the best way to do.

I really appreciate your help.

No,
No.
No.

It is surpising though that the child has been issued leave that lasts longer than the leave of the parent the child is dependant of. UKBA's error, your benefit.
