Visitor visa for Parents

Hi

I am on ILR at the monemt. I want to call my parents on visitor visa sometime next year Feb

I have got 1 bed flat for myself and my wife.
Now if i sponsor my parents do i have to have 2 bed flat or if we can accomodate them in 1 bed.

Also the docs we send them has to be original or we can send scanned copy as i am already in UK.
