ilr acknowledgement

Hi all,
I have my ILR appointment on 27/11/12 same day premium service at glasglow .I know biometric card takes 5-7 days to arrive .Is there any acknowledgement given stating the ILR is granted on the day of appointment.I need it for my wife's appointment for furture remain to stay FLR(M)which is on 29/11/12.
can someone suggest me pls
