US visit visa with UK ILR

US visit visa with UK ILR

I am Pakistani national living in UK.I have applied for US visit twice in last 5 years and it was refused on the grounds of section 214B.I Now I have got my IRL. Please advise is der any chance to get US visit visa if I apply now.

It might, but having ILR says nothing about your social and economic ties. If you are on the dole with no family ties, then the USA may continue to view you as a potential immigration risk.

if u r Pakistani. then just wait for ur British passport. don't just keep trying otherwise when u apply for e-usa visa on British passport u wont get that as well. as they will think u just go their to settle.
