HI

finally my family joined me. as they got eea family permit for six months. and remains only 3 months to the expired date.

is my family has the right for NHS and GP service?
as the GP refused to register them because they have only visa..and not permanent stay?

what i should do in this case?

Contact your local Primary Health Care Trust and complain.

but did they have the right for gp and nhs free service even they have just eea family permit?

Yes they certainly do. If you're not sure how to contact you Primary Health Care Trust, your local library or Citizens Advice Bureau will be able to help you.
