No BRP yet, apply for dependant?

Hello experts, I have attended a PEO appointment and have successfully obtained my ILR today. I am waiting for my brp to come. My wife and son are on dependant visa. Their visas expire on 20-11-12. Can I apply for their ILR by post now and submit my brp when it comes. If I have to wait for the brp, and we cross this date, what will the status of my family be?

Include copy of your settlement approval letter. No need to wait for BRP.
