AS per new rules plz help me

hi i have a question if senior will answer me i am reading that forum every day and i found very good info.
my question is I came in uk as a tier 4 student in 2009 march
and now i applied Spouse visa under new rules FLRM form
as i know that i will have to stay 5 year than i am able to apply ILR indefenate leave to remain.
But i found in some post that my previous 3 year of student visa will count to complete 5 year or not
Means that if i complete 2 year as a spouse and then i count previous 3 year as a student + 2 year in extended stay as a spouse am i elligible to apply indefinate leave to remain.
Plz provide info

Five years from the day you are issued FLR(M) leave.
