bboking an appointment for ILR interview

Can someone please tell me when should i book my appointment for ILR interview planned for 24 Jan 2013.

I tried booking an appointment for 24 Jan 2013 on UKBA site but cant seems to get it done as the system does not allow me to book it.

Please explain what should I do?

Appointment slots will only be released onto the system 42 days before.
