Will you be wearing a T-shirt saying "I'm getting divorced"?

You are not "Divorced" until the decree absolute is granted, until then you are Married even after the Decree Nisi has beeen issued, so if this is the period you are travelling in you should be fine. After that you will have to say you are divorced.
How long have you been married for, do you qualify for RoR?

I have all the proofs having retained right of residence and i am unable to understand that how can i prove that my marriage lasted 3 years?
On my decree absolute there is no date which prove the date of divorce initiation date.
Could any body advice me what can i do now?
Which document do i attach with my application to prove this?
Or just decree absolute is enough?

Normally applicants sent decree absolute.
I can't see any where written on the form or check list that applicants are require to sent any thing else except decree absolute.

Nothing wrong if you attach your all divorce papers.
In both cases HO will get record from the relevent court.

Your divorce certificate will have the date of your marriage. That should tell the HO how long your marriage lasted.

Medical insurance has to predate divorce, and evidence has to show that ex has access to yhe funds to meet her essential needs.

Well a CSI that postdates a divorce and you ceasing to be a qualified person, is unlikely to succeed.
