Help ILR 10 years longs residence

Post by Zeezee123 » Sun Nov 11, 2012 4:27 pm

Hi everyone, I have a couple of questions so I will be very grateful if you guys can help me. I came to UK in june 2003 and I am currently on tier1 general which is expiring in apr 2013 and I am short by just under 3 months to complete my 10 years. Can someone please tell me if I need to extend my tier1 visa first and then apply for ILR or I can apply for ILR directly. My second question is about my wife's visa she came in the UK in July 2009 so will I be able to apply for her ILR with me or she will have to wait and apply on a later date. Any help will be very much appreciated. Kind regards, Zee
